§ 603-99-A. Violation of Section 603-57, 603-59, 603-61, 603-63, or 603-65.

Whoever violates any provisions of Section 603-57, 603-59, 603-61, 603-63, or 603-65 shall be fined not more than $25. Each sale or service of food contrary to such provisions and each day's failure to maintain a sign as required by such provisions shall constitute a separate offense.
