§ 603-65. Horsemeat Products to be Labeled.

  • Every dealer selling cooked or prepared horsemeat products at retail, other than properly labeled food preparations intended for consumption by animals, shall cause the products to be conspicuously stamped, branded or labeled with the words "HORSEMEAT" or "HORSEMEAT PRODUCTS."
