§ 603-61. Restaurants Serving Horsemeat.

  • No owner or operator of any restaurant or other food-handling establishment, serving cooked or prepared horsemeat, or food products containing horsemeat, for consumption on the premises, shall sell or permit the horsemeat to be sold under any designation not indicating that horsemeat is used in such cooked or prepared meat or food products.
