§ 845-19. Occupation of Market Space Without Written Permission of Market Manager Unlawful.

  • No person shall occupy, for the sale of merchandise, any city market space without entering a written agreement for the occupancy and use of that market space with the market manager. No person shall occupy, for the sale of merchandise, any space within the market boundaries established in 845-5 which has not been designated as a market space. Each day's operation without an agreement shall constitute a separate offense.
