§ 845-5. Location of Markets.

City Market locations are designated as follows:

Findlay Market: That area commonly referred to as Findlay Market, including: the Market House and Farmer's Shed; and all areas owned by the City in that area from Elm Street east to Race Street, and from Findlay Street south to Green Street, including without limitation those portions of Elder Street and Pleasant Street within said area, and all sidewalks, alleys, and parking lots within said area; and the parking lot at Logan and Elder Streets.
