§ 845-7. Days and Times of Markets.

  • The days and times of operation of city markets shall be determined by the market manager after due consideration of the needs of the public and the city market licensees. Such days and times shall be provided within the market rules and regulations, which rules may include normal hours of operation but also allow the market manager the ability to allow a particular licensee to vary from those normal hours if the variance is to the mutual advantage of the market and the licensee based on the goods or services which the licensee sells.
