§ 845-9. Market Spaces.
Market spaces at Findlay Market shall be as delineated in such measurements and in such locations as determined to be in the best interest of the public by the market manager. The market manager may from time to time change the sizes or locations of market spaces, the use of vacant spaces, and make use of market spaces for city purposes or for its own retail operations. The locations and dimensions of market spaces and their permitted uses shall be as designated in the market rules and regulations.
