§ 845-3. Duties of Market Manager.

The market manager shall be designated by the city manager and shall manage any city market pursuant to the terms of a management agreement between the manager and the city of Cincinnati. The market manager shall be responsible for the enforcement and execution of all laws, ordinances and rules and regulations relating to city markets, and such other functions as designated by the city manager. No person shall resist any lawful order of the market manager or his or her designee in the lawful discharge of the several duties imposed upon them. The market manager may designate others to assist in the enforcement and execution of all laws, ordinances and rules and regulations relating to city markets, and such other functions as designated by the city manager.
