§ 845-99. Penalties.

Any person who violates any section of this chapter for which no other penalty is specifically provided, or whoever violates any lawful city market rule or regulation adopted in pursuance of any such section, commits a Class A civil offense as defined by Section 1501-3 of the Cincinnati Municipal Code or shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.
