§ 727-5. Notice.

  • For purposes of this chapter, all notice to the owner of record shall be by certified mail. Where the certified mail is returned unclaimed, notice shall be sent by regular mail and shall be posted upon the property. If the property is vacant, the city manager or clerk of council shall employ any other additional reasonable steps in order to provide notice to the owner of record. Notice to lienholders shall be by regular mail. Notice to all other persons or entities shall be by regular or electronic mail.
