§ 727-7. Preliminary Designation of Property as Blighted.

Upon a request by council, the city manager shall prepare a preliminary designation report. The report shall provide a preliminary determination as to whether or not a particular property is a blighted property. Only a property preliminarily determined by the city manager to be a blighted property shall be eligible for blight elimination, within the meaning of this chapter.
