§ 727-3-B3. Blight Remediation Proposal.

"Blight remediation proposal" shall be a plan submitted by the owner of record within 30 days of the notification as set forth in § 727-9. In order to be deemed sufficient, the plan must provide a means by which the owner of record will remediate the identified blight, specifically addressing each of the criteria identified in the preliminary designation report. The plan must accomplish blight remediation within 6 months of the timely submission of the blight remediation proposal.
