§ 727-3-F. Failed Blight Remediation Proposal.

  • If within two years following the initial submission of the blight remediation proposal it is determined by the council that any one of the criteria identified by the preliminary designation report has recurred on the property, the proposal shall be deemed a "failed blight remediation proposal." Further, if the blight remediation proposal fails to remediate the conditions identified in the preliminary designation report within six months, it shall be deemed a failed blight remediation proposal. A failed blight remediation proposal shall prevent consideration of any subsequent blight remediation proposal from the same owner of record.
