§ 407-55. Rates of Fare for Limousines, Pedicabs, Tour Vehicles, Low Speed Vehicles, and Animal-Drawn Carriages.

Latest version.

All fares and charges for use of limousines, pedicabs, tour vehicles, low speed vehicles, and animal-drawn carriages shall be filed with and approved by the director between January 1 and 15 of each year in accordance with Section 407-69.

It shall be the duty of the licensee to inform any person hiring a limousine, animal-drawn carriage, tour vehicle, low speed vehicle, or pedicab of all rates and charges before any service is rendered.
