§ 407-54. Minimum Trip Rate for Taxicabs.

Every person owning and operating a taxicab under license from the city of Cincinnati may adopt a minimum trip rate which shall not exceed $3.00 per trip.

Those persons adopting a minimum trip rate shall post the minimum trip rate schedule in accordance with the orders of the director.

The taximeter shall be used on all trips and the passenger shall pay the minimum trip rate or the taximeter rate, whichever is greatest.
