§ 306-41. Payment of Sick Leave and Terminal Pay Upon Death.

The director of finance is hereby authorized and directed to draw his warrant on the city treasurer, upon the death of an employee, for the payment of accumulated sick leave and terminal pay in a lump sum under regulations established pursuant to Section 308-13.
