For employees in Divisions 0, 5, 7, 8 and 9 who participate in either the International
City Manager's Association (ICMA) Retirement Corporation's Deferred Compensation Plan
or the State of Ohio Deferred Compensation Plan, the City will match on a one-for-one
basis, up to a maximum amount per year as authorized by the city manager, the employee's
contribution to the deferred compensation plan.
