§ 1101-41. Lot Line Markers Required.

1101-41.1 Lot lines: Before any work is started in the construction of a building or an addition to a building to which CBC is applicable under § 1101-09 CBC, all boundary lines shall be clearly marked at their intersections with permanent markers or with markers which are offset at a distance which is of record with the owner.
