§ 1021-23. Failure to Comply with Orders.

No person shall violate any lawful order of the health commissioner or the health commissioner's designee. If, after service of any lawful order from the health commissioner or the health commissioner's designee, the owner, agent, contractor or other person responsible for the work or violation refuses to comply with such order or does not comply within the period stated in the order or notice, such failure to comply shall constitute a violation of this chapter.
