§ 1021-25. Notice of Violation.

Upon finding that a violation of this chapter has occurred or is occurring, the health commissioner may mail the notice of violation to the alleged violator and post a copy on the premises of the alleged violator. The notice shall include the nature of the violation, including a reference to the provisions of this chapter alleged to be violated, a date by which the violation is to be corrected and the action that the city may take if the violation is not corrected.
