§ 835-5. False Trade Names on Containers.

  • No person, firm, association or corporation shall store, keep, expose for sale, offer for sale, or sell from any tank or container or from any pump or other distributing device any liquid fuel, lubricating oil, grease or other petroleum product other than those indicated by the name, trade name, trade-mark symbol, sign, or other distinguishing mark or device of the manufacturer or distributor appearing upon the tank, container, pump or other equipment from which the same is sold, offered for sale or delivered.
