§ 835-7. Fraudulent Imitation of Trade Markings.

  • No person, firm, association or corporation shall imitate the design, symbol, emblem, color scheme, trade name or markings of any equipment used, or capable of use, by any other marketer of petroleum products, where such imitation tends to deceive or has the effect of deceiving the purchaser as to the nature, source, quality or identity of the product sold or offered for sale by the owner or operator thereof.
