§ 835-3. False Representations as to Quality.

No person, firm, association or corporation shall store, sell, expose for sale or offer for sale any liquid fuel, lubricating oil, grease or other petroleum product in any manner whatsoever, with intent to deceive the purchaser as to the nature, quality or identity of the product so sold or offered for sale.
