§ 835-1. Precautions for Storing.

  • No person shall store in such person's house gasoline known as 87 gravity deodorized gasoline, or any gasoline of a higher gravity than 74 deodorized gasoline, or have in possession gasoline known as 87 gravity gasoline, unless such gasoline is kept in some kind of a vessel that will keep it from escaping.

    No person shall have in such person's possession gasoline known as 87 gravity deodorized gasoline, unless the vessel holding the gasoline of 87 gravity shall be placed underground not less than 25 feet from any building and the gasoline of 87 gravity is enclosed in some kind of enclosure such as a vault, shed or small house built in such manner as to protect the gasoline from fire.
