§ 835-13. Provisions Apply Only to Retail Dealers.

The provisions of Sections 835-3 through 835-11, inclusive, shall be construed to apply only to storage equipment at places where liquid fuel, lubricating oil, grease or other petroleum products are sold or offered for sale at retail to the consumers or users thereof, and shall not be construed to apply to places where such products are stored for wholesale distribution nor to transportation equipment engaged solely in transporting such products from a warehouse or bulk storage to retail places, unless retail sales shall be made from such equipment, warehouse or bulk storage.
