§ 835-11. Putting Substituted Products in Trade Name Containers.
No person, firm, association or corporation shall aid or assist any other person, firm, association or corporation in the violation of the provisions of this chapter by depositing or delivering into any tank, receptacle or other container any liquid fuels lubricating oil, grease or petroleum product other than those of the person, firm, association or corporation whose products are intended to be stored therein and sold therefrom as indicated by the trade-mark, trade name, color scheme or emblem displayed on the container itself or on the pump or other storage device used in connection therewith.
