§ 825-3. Conditions for License.
No license under this chapter shall be issued by the city treasurer without the consent of the city manager or person designated by the city manager. Provided that the city manager or designee finds that the location of the proposed performances or exhibits is suitable for the purpose, that it will properly accommodate the proposed circus or similar public entertainment, and that the use of such location will not impose too great an additional burden upon the police and fire forces, the city manager or the designee shall authorize the issuance of a license.
