§ 825-5. Time Limit.

No circus or similar public entertainment shall be operated for more than five consecutive days, except in cases where a longer period shall have been approved in writing by the city manager or person designated by the city manager, upon application submitted by the applicant at least fourteen days prior to the first scheduled date of the event.
