§ 801-9. Business at a Particular Location.

  • Where a license is issued for the conduct of a business at a particular or fixed location, the license shall specify the name of the person, firm or corporation to whom it is issued and also the particular place in which the business is to be conducted. Where a person, firm or corporation conducts a licensed business at more than one location, a separate license shall be required for each such location.
