§ 801-7. Issue of License and Record.

Upon payment of the required license fee, and compliance with other license provisions, the city treasurer shall issue the license applied for, together with a certificate stating the amount paid. The city treasurer shall sign all licenses issued and shall keep a record of the same in a license cash book and license ledger.
