§ 759-11. Default.

Latest version.

If a person served with notice of a violation of § 759-2, § 759-3 or § 759-4 is deemed to be in default as set forth in § 1501-21, it shall be deemed admitted that the vehicle was subject to impoundment in violation of § 759-2, § 759-3, or § 759-4 and the fine class specified in § 1501-99 shall be deemed delinquent.
