§ 1501-21. Default.

Latest version.

If a person who is personally or constructively served with a notice of civil offense and civil fine fails to answer within the time provided by § 1501-15, or fails to attend a requested hearing, the person is in default, and the civil fine deemed delinquent. The amount due is as specified by § 1501-99 for the class of the offense charged.
