§ 729-15. Containers to be Removed from Collection Points.

It shall be the duty of every owner, tenant, agent, lessee, occupant and person in charge of any and every building or premises or place of business in the city to remove any and all waste containers from the points mentioned in Sections 729-7 and 729-9 before midnight of that day on which the waste was collected.
