§ 729-13. Disposal of Uncollected Waste.

It shall be the duty of every owner, tenant, agent, lessee, occupant and person in charge of any and every building, premises, or place of business in the city whose waste is not placed at the point or points of collection on the scheduled date and time of collection, to dispose of the uncollected waste at the sole expense of such owner, tenant, agent, lessee, occupant and person in charge of any and every building, premises or place of business before the time of the next regular scheduled date and time of collection or the waste shall be placed at the point or points of collection by the next regularly scheduled date and time of collection.
