§ 721-97. Form of Notice.

Latest version.

The notice required in Section 721-95 shall be sufficient if served on the owner or owner's agent personally or by letter addressed to the place of business or last known residence of such owner or agent. Where the property affected is owned by more than one person, service on any one owner shall be sufficient. If no owner or agent can be found, it shall be sufficient to post a notice on the premises.
