If any owner shall, for the period of 30 days or more after the issuing of the notice
required by Section 721-95, fail to make the removal or readjustment required by such notice, the city manager
shall be authorized, at any time, to revoke and declare terminated the right to maintain
the encroachment or street privilege, as the case may be. Notice of such revocation
and termination shall be given in the same manner provided in Section 721-97.
