§ 721-91. Revocation of License.

In case any street contractor shall fail to comply with the rules and specifications governing any street construction or repair undertaken by the contractor, the city manager shall be authorized to direct the city treasurer to revoke the license of such contractor and the city treasurer shall thereupon revoke such license.
