§ 721-45. Settling of Streets Due to Building Operation.

  • Whenever it shall appear that a settlement has taken place in the paving of any street because of building operations, and that no permit deposit or other provision has been made for the street restoration, the expense of the necessary restoration shall be charged to the property owner as though a permit had been issued, and where necessary, suit shall be brought by the city solicitor to collect the amount of the same, if not paid.
