§ 721-151. Non-resident Owners.

If it appears by the return of service or the return of the certified mail notice provided for in Section 721-149 that one or more of the owners cannot be found, such owners shall be served by publication of the notice once in either The City Bulletin or in a newspaper of general circulation in the City of Cincinnati.
