§ 718-27. Discovery of Unlawful Uses.

Whenever the existence of an unlawful street use in violation of Sections 718-23 and 718-25, herein, shall be brought to the attention of the city manager, such use shall be ordered to be discontinued within 30 days.

Nothing in this section shall be construed to relieve any person from prosecution or penalty in accordance with the provisions of Sections 718-23 and 718-25, herein.
