§ 718-25. Secret Street Uses.

No person, firm or corporation shall knowingly install or cause to be installed, or shall knowingly maintain or operate, or cause to be maintained or operated, in any public street, alley or way, an underground pipe, conduit or other underground street use without authority in accordance with the provisions of this chapter.
