§ 715-9. Fraudulent Handling of Relief Tokens.
No merchant, dealer or other person furnishing food, clothes or supplies in exchange for relief tokens shall:
(a)
Charge a person presenting a relief token higher prices than those regularly charged other customers;
(b)
Make entries on any relief token purporting to show deliveries of food, clothes or other supplies to the person on relief in excess of those actually furnished;
(c)
Upon the redemption of a relief token, obtain, or attempt to obtain, payment in excess of the amount for which it was honored by such person or agent.
