§ 715-11. Use of Relief Token Issued to Others.
Latest version.
No person other than the person named therein shall present a relief token and obtain food, clothes or other supplies by means thereof; provided that nothing herein shall prevent the making of reasonable arrangements for caring for sick, helpless or infirm recipients of relief tokens.
