§ 506-85. Motor Bus Turns.

  • At the intersections designated in Sections 506-85-A through 506-85-E, a left hand turn from a right-hand lane may be made as follows by a motor bus after stopping to take on or discharge passengers.

    The bus will advance on the green light from its position in the bus stop along a line parallel to the center of the street on which the bus stop is located, until the head of the bus has entered the intersecting street. When the head of the bus is in the intersection, the bus will stop until the amber light following the green appears, and will continue its movement, making the left-hand turn with caution.
