§ 512-7. Suspension of Right to Drive.

Upon the conviction of any person for violating any section of the traffic code except parking infractions as such are defined in Section 515-1-P1, the court may, in addition to and independent of all other penalties provided in this title, prohibit such person from operating or driving a motor vehicle for a period not to exceed one year.
