§ 911-15. Posting Bills on Private Property.
No person shall post up or affix, or cause to be posted up or affixed, in any manner, any bill, placard or notice, either written or printed, upon any fence, tree-box, wall or upon any part of any building, without the previous consent of the occupant thereof, or if there be no occupant, without previous consent of the owner or owners thereof, or upon any part of any building or property belonging to the City of Cincinnati.
Whoever violates this section shall be guilty of posting bills on private property, a minor misdemeanor.
