§ 911-11. Hypnotism.

No person shall give a public exhibition or illustration of the effects of hypnotism or mesmerism upon any human subject.
The beginning of any of the acts prohibited shall be considered a violation of this Section.
Whoever violates this section is guilty of giving a public exhibition or illustration of mesmerism, a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.
