§ 911-9. Employment Advertisements—Sex Designated Classifications.
No person shall publish employment opportunity notices or advertisements under a sex-designated classification system.
This section does not apply when the sex of the prospective employee is a bona fide occupational requirement to a specific employment opportunity.
Whoever violates this section is guilty of publishing sex-designated classifications in employment advertisements, a minor misdemeanor.
