§ 410-99. Penalties.

  • Any railroad corporation violating any provision of this chapter for which no other penalty is prescribed, and any officer or employee of any railroad corporation, or any other person operating or authorizing the operation of, or causing the operation of any locomotive in violation of any provision of this chapter for which no other penalty is prescribed, shall be fined not more than $25. Each day's operation shall be considered a separate offense.
