§ 410-99-A. Violation of Section 410-1, 410-3, or 410-5.

Whoever violates any provision of Section 410-1, 410-3, or 410-5 shall be fined not more than $100 and each day's continuance of maintenance of tracks or of operation of cars, trains, locomotives or other equipment in violation of said sections shall be considered a separate violation.
